My name is Steven Bettles. I’m a father of three sons, a lifelong entrepreneur, and a man who has spent more than 30 years building businesses on my own terms.

I’ve been self-employed, I’ve employed teams, and today I operate independently by design. Not because I couldn’t build something larger — but because I value sovereignty, flexibility, and clarity over noise and scale for its own sake.

These days my life is balanced. My needs are met. I’m financially, emotionally, and mentally steady. But like any builder at heart, I’m always refining, improving, and exploring what it means to live well and act with intention.

My business journey began in my early 20's, back in the late 80s — when Iron Maiden was blasting through my headphones and I thought selling 10-year savings bonds was going to change the world. I was terrible at it… but when I made a sale, it lit something up in me. I realised I loved enterprise. I loved the game.

I returned to employment for a short time — enjoyed the work, disliked the tyranny, and quickly discovered I wasn’t built to trade autonomy for comfort.

From there I built small ventures in amateur radio and television production, and eventually created an education business — long before the internet made marketing easy. Back then it was grit, paper flyers, word-of-mouth, and sheer persistence.

Over the decades I chased shortcuts — and learned, the hard way, that shortcuts are usually just long cuts wearing a clever disguise.

So I studied. I tested. I failed. I refined. I worked with mentors. I built and rebuilt. I coached. I taught. I lead.

And I discovered something important:

That Freedom is the real currency.

In November 2023, everything sharpened.

A severe blood infection, multiple surgeries, and numerous skin grafts forced me to confront mortality in a very real way. When you brush up against the edge like that, the noise falls away. You see what matters. You see what must be shared.

Out of that period of recalibration, something deeper evolved.

What began as practical business experience expanded into a broader framework — one that integrates enterprise, consciousness, coherence, and human potential.

This evolution became Syncronicia.

Syncronicia explores the Four Human Realms — Form, Mind, Energy, and Presence — and how coherence across these realms produces effortless right action. It is not about hustle or scale. It is about alignment. About understanding "State". About recognising when you are acting from noise versus when you are moving from clarity.

It recognises that achievement without coherence leads to stress.
Freedom without awareness leads to drift.
Ambition without grounding leads to imbalance.

Syncronicia is the integration.

Today, my work is focused on guiding thinkers, builders, and creators who value autonomy, self-responsibility, and conscious evolution.

I don’t teach hype.

I don’t teach urgency.

I teach clarity, coherence, and deliberate action, leading to living with synchronicity by choice, not my chance.

I believe we are free at all levels — and that when we align our inner state with our outer actions, life begins to move with us instead of against us.
